Boys Basketball
Oswego East 63, No. 8 Minooka 53: Darrin Myers poured in a team-high 18 points for visiting Minooka (16-13, 7-7) in the Southwest Prairie.
Plainfield East 66, Plainfield South 49: Aaron Jordan scored 18 points to lead visiting Plainfield East (12-15, 9-5) in Southwest Prairie action. Corey Evers contributed 12 points for Plainfield South (7-19, 4-10).
Oswego 68, Romeoville 48: Rashad Steele and Jaylon Richardson netted 13 points apiece for host Romeoville (5-21, 1-13) in the Southwest Prairie.
Class 2A Reed-Custer Regional
Reed-Custer 72, Wilmington 65: Reed-Custer (9-20) prevailed in the semifinal. Wilmington finished 12-18.
Men’s Basketball
Lewis 76, Indianapolis 63: Ryan Jackson and David Bryant each tossed in 17 points for host Lewis (16-8, 10-6) in the Great Lakes Valley Conference. The Flyers also received 15 points from Julian Lewis and 13 from Jeff Jarosz.
Women’s Basketball
Lewis 76, Indianapolis 64: Jess Reinhart scored 18 points and pulled down eight rebounds to spark host (Lewis 19-5, 12-4) in the GLVC. Kristen Itschner added 16 points for the Flyers and Sam Rinehart had 15.
