Lemont 25-25, Evergreen Park 14-19: Cara Howell’s six kills sparked host Lemont (8-3, 4-1) in the South Suburban crossover.
Plainfield North 25-25, Romeoville 14-20: Kate Federico totaled 22 assists and Maddie Zyburt added seven kills to lead visiting Plainfield North (13-1, 3-0) in the Southwest Prairie. Andrea Chaidez had three kills for Romeoville (1-14, 0-4).
Kaneland 26-25, Morris 24-18: Austin Thompson had nine assists and Kaylin Korte notched six kills to lead visiting Morris (7-5) in its Northern Illinois Big 12 opener.
Oswego East 17-25-25, Plainfield East 25-23-21: Kelly Grba had 21 assists and MacKenzi Welsh added 11 kills for visiting Plainfield East in the Southwest Prairie.
Manteno 25-25, Reed-Custer 8-11: Georgia Votta had five digs for visiting Reed-Custer (0-9, 0-3) in the Interstate Eight South.
Minooka 21-26-25, Oswego 25-24-12: Skyler Day finished with 13 kills and 19 digs to power visiting Minooka (6-4, 2-1) in the Southwest Prairie. Kelly Clucas aided the Indians with 19 assists and five digs.
Newark 25-25, Gardner-South Wilmington 19-12: Emily Foley chalked up six assists and five digs to lead visiting Gardner-South Wilmington (4-2).
Wilmington 25-25, Peotone 22-19: Madeline McDowell (13 assists, 8 digs) and Sunny Winkler (7 kills, 10 digs) led host Wilmington (7-8, 3-0) in the Interstate Eight South. Rachel McBride led Peotone with 10 assists.
Coal City 25-25, Sandwich 9-20: Emily Halliday finished with 12 kills and 12 digs for visiting Coal City (6-2, 3-0). Kassie Aldridge added 15 assists and five digs for the Coalers in the Interstate Eight North.
Morris 3, Rochelle 0: Salvador Villanueva and Luke Rodriguez had goals for host Morris (7-0-1) in the Northern Illinois Big 12.
Romeoville 2, Plainfield North 1: Angel Casillas contributed a goal and an assist for visiting Romeoville in the Southwest Prairie.
Benet 3, Bolingbrook 2: Jose Gutierrez scored twice for visiting Bolingbrook.
Wilmington 6, Reed-Custer 2: Kenny Lebeda scored both goals for visiting Reed-Custer in the Interstate Eight.
Peotone 4, Coal City 1: Eddie Frese had the goal for host Coal City (1-8) in the Interstate Eight.
Plainfield Central 2, Niles West 1: Kelvyn Flores and Jarod Petrovic had goals for host Plainfield Central (5-1-3) in the consolation bracket.
Lincoln-Way East 152, Bradley 156: Medalist Tyler Kelly posted a 32 to lift Lincoln-Way East in the SouthWest Suburban Red meet at Manteno Golf Club.
Sandwich 181, Dwight co-op 184: Medalist Karsen Kopmann had a 41 to lead Dwight co-op in the Interstate Eight dual at Edgebrook in Sandwich.
Joliet Catholic triangular: Dylan Mattes shot a team-best 39 for Joliet Catholic (178), which finished third behind East Suburban Catholic foes Benet (155) and Marian Catholic (160) at Joliet Country Club.
Lockport quadrangular: Co-medalists Tony Kestel and Scott Mueller each shot 38 as Lincoln-Way Central (158) topped Lockport (161), Homewood-Flossmoor (168) and Lincoln-Way North (168). Anthony Bolden chipped in a 39 for the Knights at Big Run.
Lemont 190, Lisle 230: Medalist Bridget Lynn (42) led Lemont at River Bend in Lisle.
Minooka 209, Plainfield Central 211: Allie Lee, of Minooka, led all individuals with a 45 in the Southwest Prairie meet at Mistwood.
Joliet Catholic triangular: Milena Singletary shot a meet-best 44 to guide Joliet Townsip co-op (199) over Beecher (207) and Joliet Catholic (225) at Woodruff.
Lincoln-Way East 7, Lincoln-Way West 0: Stefanie Hunniford and Jacqui Michuda won at No. 1 doubles for host Lincoln-Way East (5-6, 2-0) in the SouthWest Suburban Red.
Minooka 6, Plainfield North 1: Katie McSteen prevailed at No. 2 singles for host Minooka (7-0, 3-0) in the Southwest Prairie dual.
Yorkville 4, Morris 1: Leah Lines and Monica Davy won at No. 1 doubles for visiting Morris (4-2, 2-2) in the Northern Illinois Big 12 dual.
Lincoln-Way Central 6, Andrew 1: Jana Mudrock and Marlee McCabe won at No. 2 doubles for visiting Lincoln-Way Central (5-5, 1-1) in the SouthWest Suburban Red.
Nazareth 3, Providence 2: Sisters Maggie and Kelly Ruane (No. 1 doubles) posted a win for visiting Providence (12-4, 2-2) in the East Suburban Catholic.
Lemont 4, Oak Forest 1: Kate Lynch and C.J. Hunter notched a victory at No. 2 doubles for host Lemont in the South Suburban Blue.
Lincoln-Way East 112, Lincoln-Way North 73: Kendall Hermann won the 100-yard butterfly (59.60 seconds) and 200 individual medley (2 minutes, 13.02 seconds) for visiting Lincoln-Way East in the SouthWest Suburban crossover.
Oak Lawn 90, Lemont 83: Sarah Decesare prevailed in the 200 freestyle (2:26.59) for visiting Lemont in the South Suburban crossover.
Mike Lalaeff Memorial Invitational: Lewis (635) finished fourth in the 16-team in Hammond. The Flyers were led by Mark Bermele, who came in fourth after carding a 73, good for a two-round score of 149.
Wisconsin-Parkside Invitational: Jeremy Fraser (72) had a 154 over two rounds as Lewis (622) took third in the seven-team tournament won by Wisconsin-Parkside (605).
St. Francis 25-19-25-22-15, Indiana-South Bend 16-25-16-25-9: Megan Mowery had 15 kills and Mallory Frankovich 32 digs to lead visiting St. Francis (7-4, 3-0) in the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference. The Saints also received 30 digs from Breanne Shaw and 20 assists from Danielle Conrad.
