Stagg 70, Lincoln-Way West 48: Kevin White netted 17 points for visiting Lincoln-Way West (1-5, 0-1) in the SouthWest Suburban Red.
Lemont 64, Shepard 44: Juozas Balciunas finished with 13 points to spark visiting Lemont (3-0, 1-0) in the South Suburban crossover.
Plainfield North 63, Oswego East 59: Jeremy Bert’s 26 points led visiting Plainfield North (1-4, 1-0) in the Southwest Prairie.
Gardner-South Wilmington 57, St. Anne 54: Brandon Riggi (17 points) and Dalton Wright (13) were the primary scorers for host Gardner-South Wilmington (2-3, 1-0) in the River Valley.
Coal City 61, Peotone 59 (2 OTs): Joe Micetich scored 18 points and Brennen Shetina added 16 to guide host Coal City (1-4, 1-0) in the Interstate Eight. Nick Peters chipped in 13 points and seven rebounds for the Coalers. Joe Normoyle led Peotone (2-3, 0-1) with 18 points.
Seneca 51, Wilmington 45: Peyton Schrag finished with 13 points for visiting Seneca (4-1, 1-0) in the Interstate Eight. Dan O’Leary registered 15 points to pace Wilmington (2-3, 0-1).
Quentin Road Christian 43, Romeoville Christian 42: Jake Janson had 10 points for visiting Romeoville Christian (3-2).
Herscher 83, Dwight 44: Visiting Dwight (3-2) lost its opener in the Interstate Eight.

Joliet Catholic 49, St. Edward 37: Keith Craig and Ryan Peter scored 13 points apiece in guiding Joliet Catholic (2-3) to a berth in the championship.
Girls Basketball
No. 3 Romeoville 69, Minooka 55: Kiera Currie had 20 points and 13 rebounds to pace host Romeoville (6-0, 2-0) in the Southwest Prairie. Brianna Harris tacked on 11 points and eight rebounds for the Spartans. Sara Placher had a game-high 22 points for Minooka (2-5, 1-1).
No. 4 Plainfield Central 50, Plainfield South 32: Brigid Hanley had 17 points to lead visiting Plainfield Central (5-1, 1-1) in the Southwest Prairie.
No. 5 Plainfield East 46, Oswego 42: Visiting Plainfield East (5-1, 1-1) prevailed in the Southwest Prairie.
Lemont 47, Shepard 22: Kelsey Motto and Courtney Toth contributed 12 points apiece for host Lemont (2-5, 1-0) in the South Suburban crossover.
Kaneland 43, Morris 33: Visiting Morris (1-6, 0-1) came up short in the Northern Illinois Big 12.
Wrestling
Minooka 53, Plainfield South 15: Dan Ruettiger (120), Mike McNalty (126) and Bob Zabel (132) won by fall for host Minooka in the Southwest Prairie. Danny Nguyen (145) and Angelo Cervantes (220) were among the winners for Plainfield South.
Lincoln-Way West 63, Stagg 9: Noah Keefe, Matt Ryan, Jake Bohne and Colin Mulroe notched pins for host Lincoln-Way West in the SouthWest Suburban Red.
Lincoln-Way Central 76, Bolingbrook 0: Tyler Price (113), Tyler Schneider (152) and Brendon Ditchman (160) registered pins for host Lincoln-Way Central in the SouthWest Suburban Blue.
Lincoln-Way East 51, Joliet Central 16: Visiting Lincoln-Way East rolled in the SouthWest Suburban Blue.
